The Joseph Family
The Joseph family (Eddie, Renata, AJ and Brooklyn) moved to Belize, Central America in 2019.
Eddie and Renata first came to Belize as young adults, before being married. During their short- and mid-term service in Belize, the couple gained life-long friends and a passion to see this tiny country impacted for Christ.
Prior to moving to Belize, the family lived in Seattle, working with youth in a variety of capacities.
Eddie served as a Teen Director for the YMCA and was involved in Young Life for several years. Renata worked with foster and undocumented youth , as well as other marginalized populations.
The Josephs also fostered Central American teenagers in their home since the time their own kids were toddlers. This prepared the family for the culture, food and languages they'd encounter in Belize.
